Standard cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment. Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc. We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected on the booking form when you select service.
We price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. Select the number and the price is shown instantly on the website.
We bring our own cleaning supplies but please let us know if you have any special requests and we would be happy to accommodate you if possible. Alternatively, we can use green products if you would prefer. Please let us know if you would prefer green cleaning services so we can plan for this.

Absolutely. Simply enter your coupon (gift card) code into the booking form as you are creating your booking. Your final price will automatically change to reflect your coupon balance. At any time, you can log into your account and see the balance on any gift cards you have.
We offer tons of incentives for our clients such as discounts on reoccurring services, holidays, birthdays etc.

These terms and conditions constitute the full and complete service agreement (the “Agreement” between you (the “Client”/ “Customer”) and Sofy’s Cleaning Servces LLC (“Us/“We”)). Please take some time to review this Agreement.
1. RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL CLEANING SERVICE
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC agrees to provide Commercial and or Residential Cleaning Services (the “Service”) to the Client at an address specified by the Client (the “Premises”).
The Service will be for such cleaning duties as agreed with the Client at the time of booking.
Sofy’s Cleaning Services will provide one or more Cleaners (the “Cleaners”/ “Maids”) to attend the Premises to provide the Service at a time and date mutually agreed between Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC and the Client (the “Service Time”).
Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC endeavours to provide the Service faithfully, diligently and in a timely and professional manner.
2. ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS
Any changes to the Service to be provided must be agreed by Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC prior to the Service Time.
If the Client requires any additional Services or variations at the time the Service is being performed, the Client must first contact Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC by telephone, who may agree to provide the additional Services in its absolute discretion. The Cleaner is not authorised to agree to any changes to the Service being provided. The Client must not request such changes directly from the Cleaner.
3. JOB ESTIMATES
The actual price payable by the Client is calculated on the total number of hours worked by the Cleaner and/or by the quoted contracted time allocated at time of Contract signing.
Any price quoted by Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC is an estimate only based on Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC experience and based on information provided by the Client. Subject to this clause, quotes are valid for a period of 7 days from the date of the quote.
If at the commencement or while providing the Service, it is apparent that the actual cost of the Service will exceed the quote provided by Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC, Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC will provide the Client with the option to pay an increased fee to complete the Service or pay the quoted amount without the Service being completed.
The Client must inform Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC whether any cleaning Services required is only short term at the time of quotation.
The Client may make a booking either in person either by, phone, and email or on the Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC website.
At the time of booking the Client must provide details of any hazards, slippery surfaces, risks or dangers, ingrained dirt, grease or grime located at the Premises;
Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC provides all quotations at the time of booking.
The Client agrees to provide Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC with their valid credit card details at the time of booking, and authorizes Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC to debit any card with an amount equal to any Service and/or cancellation fees that may apply under this Agreement.
Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC reserves the right not to accept a booking for any reason.
5. PAYMENT TERMS

Full payment is to be given to the Cleaner(s) prior to the start of the Service.
Cleaner(s) do not carry change so please ensure to give them the correct amount.

6. LATE PAYMENT FEES
Client agrees that if Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC has not received payment in full for the Service rendered within 7 days of the original invoice date then a late payment fee of $15 per invoice will be charged to the Client’s account for the first week. Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC reserves the right to charge interest at 10% per annum calculated daily on any amount which remains outstanding thereafter.
In addition to the amounts set out above, the Client agrees to indemnify Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC for all legal costs (on a solicitor and own Client or full indemnity basis, whichever is greater) and other expenses incurred by Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC in connection with a demand, action, or other proceeding (including mediation, out of court settlement or any action taken for recovery of debt from the Client) arising out of a breach of these payment terms including the failure by the Client to pay an amount by the due date.
Client will incur additional charges for the following:
Collection and/or returning of keys from any address other than the Service Address;
Time wasted due to difficulties accessing the property;
Requirement to carry heavy equipment to higher apartments / floors;
Requirement to move any furniture to complete works;
Client should provide parking or pay for parking charge if required.
7. BOOKING CANCELLATION FEES
Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC understands that unexpected things happen. If you need to make a change to your booking, simply email us at email@example.com or call/text us 832-877-6989 / 832-782-2377
You can cancel / reschedule with full refund right up until 48 hrs before your booking.
Less than 48 hours prior to commencement, we are unable to offer a refund for rescheduling / cancellation requests. You will be charged $45 fee to cover the home cleaners’ job loss.
8. FEE FOR NON-ACCESS TO PREMISES
Client will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to $45 of a lock- out causing our Cleaners being turned away; no one is at the Premise to let them in; no water or power available at Client’s premises or a problem with Client’s keys. If keys are provided they must open the lock without any special efforts or skills.
9. CLIENT REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
The Client represents and warrants that:
They will provide a safe working environment at the Premises for the Cleaner to perform the Service; The Cleaner will have unencumbered and unobstructed access to those areas of the Premises requiring the Service;
They will provide the Cleaner with access to all Services and utilities (including hot and cold water, electricity, and rubbish bins) as required by the Cleaner to provide the Service;
All cleaning equipment and materials provided by the Client are safe, have not been tampered with and are in full working order;
They will advise Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC prior to the commencement of the Service of any hazards, slippery surfaces, risks or dangers, at the Premises;
They are authorized to use the Premises and obtain the provision of Service;
10. HEALTH AND SAFETY RISKS
In addition to the representations and warranties set out in clause 9 above, the Client acknowledges and agrees that:
The Cleaner is entitled to undertake a job safety analysis before the commencement of any work to assess the health and safety risk at the Premises;
The Cleaner may, either before or during the provision of the Service not use or cease using any materials or cleaning equipment provided by the Client if the Cleaner thinks, in their absolute discretion, that the use of such materials or cleaning equipment poses a risk to health and safety.
The Cleaner may, either before or during the provision of the Service not provide or cease the provision of the Service where carrying out the Service presents, in the absolute discretion of the Cleaner, a risk to health and safety.
11. NO ENGAGEMENT OF CLEANERS
The Client acknowledges Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC invests significant resources in recruiting, selecting and training its Cleaners. Unless Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC gives prior written permission, the Client must not, directly or indirectly, engage, employ or contract with any Cleaner to provide any cleaning Services to the Client or any associate of the Client for any period during which Services are provided by Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC or for a period within 2 YEARS after the conclusion of any Service.
The Client acknowledges that Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC may suffer loss and damage, including, without limitation consequential loss, as a result of a breach of this clause by the Client.
Therefore, a penalty of $2000 will apply for breach of this clause.
12. FOLLOWING CLIENT’S CLEANING SERVICE
To ensure that you are completely satisfied with the Service, we will be in contact with you after the Cleaner’s visit. Please feel free to discuss any concerns or compliments.
We offer a free re-clean for items/areas missed during Service if you contact us in writing, within 12 hours from the completion of Services to advise of any cleaning that you are not satisfied with.
A short explanation is required of why you believe the cleaning performed is not up to the standard. (Please see below for conditions).
13. RE-CLEAN CONDITIONS
Free Re-Cleans are NOT valid where Client(s) have given us insufficient and unreasonable time to complete the Service.
Free Re-Cleans are NOT valid where Client(s) insisted on having a Service provided in a particular way, against the Cleaner(s) or our advice.
Free Re-Cleans are NOT valid where Client(s) failed to clearly explain their cleaning needs and requirements to us or the Cleaner(s).
Our scope of works does not cover dust settlement that occurs normally between time of Service and reinspection.
The free re-clean Service only covers the cleaning of the unsatisfactory items at the property and does not entitle the Client to have the entire cleaning package nor additional items redone.
After the 24-hour period Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC will not be held responsible for any further cleaning duties.
No exceptions to 24-hour condition unless discussed with us by email (in writing) before the clean has taken place.
The Client must agree to allow a re-clean or an inspection of any work deemed unsatisfactory before he/she arranges third party to conduct Services.
14. EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
The only conditions and warranties which are binding on Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC in respect of the state, quality or condition of goods and Services supplied by Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC to Clients are those imposed and required to be binding by statute.
To the extent permitted by statute, the liability, if any, of Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC is, at Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC’ option, limited to and completely discharged by the resupply of the Service. Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC is not responsible for:
Not completing or providing the Service as a result of a breach of a warranty by the Client in clause 9 (including a failure by the Client to provide proper materials, cleaning equipment, utility services, a safe working environment or unencumbered access to the Premises); or
Any damages caused by defective cleaning materials or cleaning equipment provided by the Client;
Not completing or providing the Service as a result of the Cleaner not proceeding for health and safety reasons under clause 10;
Any loss or damage incurred by the Client or any third party as a result of the effects of a force majeure, being any event beyond the reasonable control of Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC;
Not completing or providing the Service due to an act or omission of the Client or any other person at the Premises during provision of the Service;
Existing dirt, wear, damage or stains that cannot be completely cleaned or removed;
Any wear or discolouring of fabric or surfaces becoming more visible once dirt has been removed;
Any loss incurred because of any breakage or damage to goods, items of value (including antiques, items of sentimental value) or the Premises; or
The cost of any key replacement or locksmith fees, unless keys were lost by Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC or the Cleaner.
The Client acknowledges that the results of any Services provided may vary depending on several factors (including materials used, equipment provided, time elapsed since Premises was last cleaned, and nature of cleaning required), and that Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC gives no guarantee as to the actual results of the Service.
Except to the extent provided in this clause, Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC has no liability (including liability in negligence) to any person for any loss or damage, consequential or otherwise, suffered or incurred by that person in relation to the products or Services provided by Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC (including any loss caused by, or resulting directly or indirectly from, any failure, defect or deficiency or any kind of or in the products used or Services provided by Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC).
The Client indemnifies Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC against:
All losses or liabilities arising directly or indirectly as a result of the provision of the Service including all losses or liabilities caused as a result of a breach of the warranties of the Client set out in clause 9, or where the liability of Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC is excluded or limited by virtue of the provisions of clause 14 (whether the losses or liabilities are caused by the negligence, breach of contract, breach of statutory duty or other act, omission, breach or failure of Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC) irrespective of whether the provisions of clause 14 are declared void or severed from these terms; and
All legal costs (on a solicitor and own Client or full indemnity basis, whichever is greater) and other expenses incurred by Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC in connection with a demand, action, arbitration or other proceeding (including mediation, compromise, out of court settlement or appeal) as a consequence of Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC providing the Services to the Client and including any action taken for the recovery of the recovery of the debt from the Client.
16. ACCIDENTS, BREAKAGE, DAMAGE & THEFT
The Client must inform Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC of any incident where an accident, breakage, damage to property or theft has occurred due to any act of the Cleaner within 24 hours of completion of the Service.
To the extent permitted by law, the Client is not entitled to claim any loss for any incident if the incident is not reported to Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC within 24 hours of completion of the Service.
To the extent permitted by law, willful damage or loss to the following items is specifically excluded from the liability of Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC under these terms and conditions: cash, jewelry, art, antiques, and items of sentimental value.
This Agreement may be terminated by the Client by providing at least 1 weeks’ notice prior to the Service Time.
Subject to clause 17c, Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC may terminate this Agreement by providing the Client with at least 2 weeks’ notice prior to the Service Time.
Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC may terminate this Agreement with immediate effect if the Client is in breach of this Agreement, and in the opinion of Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC, acting reasonably, that breach is incapable of remedy.
The Client acknowledges that, subject to the provisions of the Privacy , any information provided by the Client may be used by Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC for providing the Service. Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC agrees not to share any information provided by the Client with any third party not directly involved in the provision of the Service.
The Client agrees to Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC communicating with them electronically and/or via other means to provide the Service or for reasons related to the provision of the Service.
19. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to the Client and may do so by emailing the Client or publishing an updated Agreement on its website. Each updated Agreement will take effect 24 hours immediately after it has been emailed to the Client or published on its website.
The Client agrees that any use of the Service following any such change, whether as a single job or as part of a regular cleaning schedule, constitutes their agreement to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions as changed.
20. LAW & JURISDICTION
The Client and Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC acknowledge and accept that this Agreement shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Texas EEUU and both agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Texas EEUU in the event of any dispute.
The Client agrees that if any term or provision is held invalid, void or unenforceable, then that provision will be considered severable and the remaining terms and provisions shall continue to be binding.
The content of this Agreement is protected by international copyright laws and may be used for personal reference only. Subject to applicable law, permission to copy, alter, reproduce, and publish, transmit and/or otherwise distribute this content is forbidden without first obtaining the prior written permission of Sofy’s Cleaning Services LLC

Yes they do. We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.
We have three levels of security in place. First off, our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly, our booking form has its own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured, we take security very seriously.
